Fear Farm. The Legendary Haunted Farm

When can I enter the farm?


You can arrive at the entry time on your ticket. If you come much later than the opening time on busy/peak nights you chances of seeing the haunts is low. 

If you wish to enter early and visit Snyder’s Farm ( our daytime farm) before Fear Farm you can purchase an additional pass for 2 hour early entry. 

Is smoking/vaping allowed on the farm?

No smoking or vaping on the farm, anywhere whatsoever.

How do I book a campfire?

You can book a VIP campfire online ahead of time only. This includes your Fear Farm ticket, Fast Pass, front of line ticket and a campfire for the evening you have booked.

Will the actors touch you?

No, actors will not touch you and you are not allowed to touch them.

What age is Fear Farm recommended for?

Fear Farm’s intended audience is 16 and up.
It is a very dark and terrifying haunted attraction and we highly recommend no one under 16 attends. Supervision for anyone under 18 who is attending is our policy. 

What Time Does the Farm Close?

Fear Farm haunts close at time listed on ticket, check calendar/ticket for exact time Fear Farm closes on the night you are visiting. Visiting all haunts is not guaranteed on any evening. Peak nights, we recommend arriving at opening time on ticket. Dinning areas close 30 minutes before Fear Farm closes. 

Can I attend if I am pregnant or have heart conditions?

Sorry, no, pregnant women and anyone with heart conditions should not attend Fear Farm. This event is dark, with uneven ground, bumpy rides and surprises and scares at ever corner. 

Do you use strobe lights?

Yes, we use strobe lights and light effects. very dark areas with low light. fog machines and loud noises.

What should I bring or wear?

Guests should wear good footwear, no heels or sandals. Fear Farm is an outdoor event with uneven ground. Dress for the weather. NO large backpacks or purses are allowed on the farm. No costumes or masks allowed. Clearly no alcohol, drugs or smoking permitted on the farm.


Large Bag and Re-entry Policy

No large bags, backpacks etc. allowed into Fear Farm. Small bags under 10″x8″ are allowed and will be subject to a bag check upon entry. Re-entry is not permitted at any time.

Fear Farm Code of Conduct.
For the safety of our guests and associates, guests who violate the following rules will be ejected from the park without compensation for their tickets.

Hand Intoxication or other signs of impairment that results in irresponsible behavior

Hand Horseplay/Fighting

Hand Line Jumping

Hand Verbal or physical harassment of actors or guests

Hand Running or any behavior that is unruly, disruptive, offensive, or illegal in nature

Hand No cameras or photography inside our haunts or on the hayride.

Hand No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Wearing makeup or costumes to the event is not permitted. Any guests who show up doing so will not be allowed into the farm. Re-entry is not permitted at any time. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Chaperone Policy

This event is intended for 16 and over. Anyone under 18 needs adult supervision to follow our chaperone policy. Everyone needs a ticket to enter the farm, under 18 cannot visit without adult supervision with tickets.


Fear Farm (Snyder’s Family Farm Ltd.) reserves the right to refuse entrance to any customer at any time for any reason. Guests will voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with this attraction, and agree to release the operator(s), affiliates, directors, employees from any or all liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending the event.

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT IN THE DARK, please wear appropriate footwear and clothing (no sandals or high heels). This event includes, uneven walking surfaces, low light, complete dark, lighting and sound effects and disturbances, in a physically demanding environment. You should not participate if you are, including but not limited to: pregnant, are prone to seizures, have heart or back issues.

Fear Farm regulations are strictly enforced by security. Fear Farm reserves the right to refuse any patron at any time for inappropriate behavior, no carrying of items into the farm or any reason at all. No re-entry into the farm. No refunds.
